Cannot send direct messages.

In another discussion a dell Community Manager states to send her a direct message if anyone needs help for a specific issue requesting a I-rev BIOS but I cant send direct messages.
When I click their direct message link it loads for one second and then redirects to https://www.dell.com/community/en/categories/dell-community
