Change boot screen and Alienware logo?
I have two monitors and the main monitor is QHD 1440p, and when starting the system, the Alienware boot logo is ugly square, because the resolution of the logo is obviously Full HD. That's why I'm asking, is it possible to change the boot logo to QHD or 4K?

No. Our BIOS does not give you that ability. You would need edit rights to the BIOS which we have never provided. I have seen other users try 3rd party utilities but the end result was broken BIOS. Which meant replacement motherboard.

Boot logo changes are not supported in BIOS, as in no custom boot logo can be assigned.

So if I may ask you to contact the guys at DELL/Alienware to fix it so that the owners of QHD and 4K monitors do not have a bad visual experience when starting. I think that this update would be welcomed by several owners of the ALIENWARE brand.

No. As stated, the Dell OEM BIOS will always be locked to such modifications.

I don't need access! I need DELL/Alienware to listen to customers. It is enough to update the BIOS and solve the problem with the resolution of the logo for QHD and 4K monitors. I don't want anything else. Everything is in the hands of DELL/Alienware.
They make new and new QHD and 4K monitors, and at first glance you'll see the square Alienware logo when you first boot up.

@Real_Boy85 I can do it on my ASUS motherboard. I highly doubt Alienware will put resources towards it the way ASUS does, but you can always ask I guess.
ASUS update boot logo
That and AISuite3 is light years ahead of AWCC in terms of control and functionality.
Hopefully the R17 will contain ASUS motherboards of the ROG series.

For me, it would be enough for the system to detect what kind of monitor you have and for the boot logo to look sharp.
It's nothing difficult, this update can be a maximum of 10 Mb.

I bought the Alienware 32" Monitor AW3225QF back in March and had the same issue as you. The boot logo was ugly and pixelated. I returned it because I didn't like the curve and recently got the LG 32GS95UE-B instead. To my surprise, the boot logo on the LG monitor was nice and sharp in 4K. I have not updated my BIOS, so it appears the resolution of the boot logo depends on the monitor.
