Not sure I understand how a computer can be making a noise if it is shut-down and powered-off.
If it is actually coming from the Aurora-R7, it will get resolved faster if you can identify which fan or component is actually making the noise.
If your Aurora-R7 is only 3 months old, feel free to give Dell Phone support a call and they can help you out.
