error code 0xc00000f
I have an AlienWare desktop and I’m having issues, error code 0xc00000f and I no longer have access to the installation disk, I don’t have any other way to get onto the internet to make w backup disk either, is there anyway way I can fix my computer? ☹️

There are NO SOFT Fixes for Physically Bad Drives.
RECOVERY
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.
File: \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Error code: 0xc000000f
You'll need to use recovery tools. You MUST USE installation media {like a disc or USB device),
contact your PC administrator or PC\Device Manufacturer.
This means you need to get a new hard drive and clean install then mount the old drive via USB drive dock to attempt data recovery.

No version of windows comes on Disk now.
Dell does have a recovery tool.
The media reduction program goes back as far as 2010.
