Nevermind.  I figured it out.  The subtotal is the lower price plus 

Onsite/In-Home Service After Remote Diagnosis, 1 Year
 
16GB HyperX(TM) FURY DDR4 XMP at 3200MHz; up to 128GB (additional memory sold separately)

 

When I added the shown prices for these the numbers matched perfectly. A bit confusing, but all is

You would have to ask Dell about that, this is a community forum. 

But one thought, did you order something extra like premium support or an extended warranty with it?

When I customized the pc before ordering that wasn't an option, unfortunately.  Just double checked to see if I overlooked anything.

Thank you.  I don't think I ordered any special warranty or care...I'm not seeing that listed in the breakdown.  I've inquired with Dell so I'll see what they say.  For what I ordered the pricing seems right, though.

So, were you charged the order total or the unit price plus tax? I'm having the same issue and cant figure it out.
