Alienware M14x GPU overheating low frame rates

Hi, ive had an m14x for the past 8 months with no problems but in the past while playing games it would halt and make this strange robot noises then continue to work. When im playing games the GPU goes up to 95oC and the CPU package goes up to 100oC even when i turned the turbo boost off, So whilst im playing a game it runs well for like 1 minute then slows down dramatically, This problem has only occured and im quite computer literate, I always have the power plugged in because with it GAMES are unplayable even on the high performance setting, The nvidia 555m is the default card selected from all the games, ive checked this numerous amounts of times, This has never happened before, only for the past 4 days, So i dont know what do, Please help?

Also the GPU is around 68-72 oC on idle
