Driver Load Order M15X

What is the correct order to load the drivers on my M15X after reloading Windows 7?

 An additional question, why does the Alienware Windows 7 Ultimate DVD load loads of other languages when my Studio XPS 1640 Windows 7 Ultimate DVD only loads English as requested (using English (UK) on both machines)? The M15X tries to load masses of languages via Windows update, the XPS doesn't, so something is different about the DVD.
