15 R2, Help on recovery

Question

First my laptop goes lil slow but it was okay..it was working good but sudden bluescreen and restaet ,,it happens many times b4 but after restart windows load normaly..

This time didnt load and didnt able to repaire startup or any thing..

So i went to restore and i found 1 restorepoint but error apper then cant find this restore point again..

Then i tried to reset but its stuck there and after restart cant dind reset pc any more..just factory reset and when i choose it i see no image found!! I still have recovery partition but dunno whats goin on,,so i tried usb image i have and after many resetting fails ..he passed recovering pc screen and went to installing windows screen.. after 63% restart and bow it stuck on black screen with loading endless cycle.. what can i do?

If you are having that many blue screens then I would start by running diagnostics to make sure that you are not having hardware problems. Restart the system and start tapping F12. Choose full diagnostics watching for any system errors.

And considering that you are not having any luck with recovery or restore, download the media creation tool at MS here. That will create a bootable Windows 10 installation USB flash drive. Try a clean install and you may have more success.

There is no os to boot into,,after reset fails its back to just 1 partition c with all space but reset didnt finish so no os to log

I used another usb win10 'not my recovery image' and i worked but my recovery partition gone,,now is i have any thing to get it back or create recovery partition again?? Or can i get my win10 serial number from my image on usb?

I think you still dont got it,, now i setup not original windows..my image on usb stuck on restart or reset error..

So i got another usb with windows and setup my os its worked but recovery partition gone and also its not original os ..

And alot of apps missing,,belarc gave me my not original serial..iam asking if i can got my serial from original recovery usb ..again my os not who i recovered coz recovery faild every time

Since it's not needed to do the install, it's a moot point. Leave the product key field blank - the installer will pick up what it needs from the system board (and if the system has had an activated copy of Windows 10 installed before, as long as the mainboard hasn't been changed, the reinstall will auto-activate).

Its aliewnware  I found app gave me bios serial..but dont know if it for windows or not

After original system down and recovery failed i setup new windows but not original serial and my recovery partition gone,,do i have to remove the serial with this windows and it recover the old one??

No;  if the system came from Dell with Windows 10, the license key is embedded into the system board.  You do not need the key - the installer will pick it up when you do the install.

Is this Windows 10, and did the system ship from Dell with Windows 10? And was Windows 10 active on the system before?

If so, you do not need (and should not use) any other license key.

If the system did not ship with Windows 10 (or the mainboard was changed at some point), you will need a new Windows 10 license key.

From what you've described, something has been changed after purchase -- the reinstall of the same version of Windows that shipped with the system will automatically find and activate the license key on the system board.
