15 R3, Kinect v2 doesn't work

Hi all, 
I'm very happy with my Alienware 15R3.
I have windows 10 pro a nvidia GFX 1070 with 16 gb
32GB ddr4
Everything is updated, bios is version 1.2.4

When I try to connect a Kinect2 (downloading and installing https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=44561) even if I have 2 USB 3.0 ports and everything should work great

The kinect just starts blinking, it enters in a loop switching off and on repeatedly.
I turned off power management but it still doesn't work.

Have anyone faced the same issue? Anybody can help, please?
