15 R4, 2x red 4x blue error

So I was doing a cpu gpu repaste and cleaning the fans. After I put everything back together im getting this 2x red 4xblue error code which says the Memory or ram failed. I have a 15 R4 and I havent seen a solution to this problem on this device. How can I solve this error?

Unplug ac adapter, main battery and coin battery is best practice. Ensure you are at the same electrical potential as the contents of the laptop.

Thanks for the quick answer. Do I have to unplug the battery before removing the Ram?

Hi @Adrian04144  Support for Alienware 15 R4 Diagnostic Light Codes says 2,4 = Memory or RAM (Random-Access Memory) failure. RAM cards are very reliable and rarely fail.

Please clean the RAM card's electrical contacts using lint free dry cloth, then reseat the RAM card in one of the RAM slots  If more than one RAM card, reseat one and then the other RAM card to determine if one of these has failed.
