16 Aurora AC16250, stutter during multitasking FIXED!

I’ve already solved this issue on my computer, but I’m posting this in case anyone else runs into the same or a similar problem.

My issue began shortly after booting up my computer for the first time. I would listen to music, and whenever I opened another program or switched tabs in my browser, the audio would stutter.

After hours of researching and tinkering with my settings, I finally found the cause: hybrid graphics.

With hybrid graphics enabled, the system uses the integrated GPU for light tasks and switches to the Nvidia GPU for heavier tasks. Whenever that switch occurred, it would cause a stutter.

There are two ways to disable hybrid graphics: you can turn it off in the Alienware Command Center app under the settings section, or you can disable it directly in the BIOS.
