17 R2, instability
Hi,
I faced strange issues with which I fought some time using many solutions presented yet without success.
To the point then. Originally my 17 R2 was working on Windows 8.1. Everything was fine until it start to slow down and crash frequently. Finally one day it's hard drive die completely. So I bought SSD drives (4 of them) instead of HDD and I also bought Windows 10 64. After installation of Windows and all drives, 17 R2 really speed up. But he start to have crashes from time to time with alert about Power Failure. He really have very weak power in USB ports. Plus it quite frequently freezes in always same pattern where first he freeze for 3 seconds when cooling radiators speed up to very high level then after one second it freeze again with radiators turn little slower. After this most of the time he wake up but sometimes he crash with blue screen.
Bios was updated to the newest one but it didn't help at all.
Recently he also start to have GeForce issues where he don't recognize the card at all and it require total uninstall of device and install drivers again.
I guessed it's drivers issue but I'm not sure.
Any ideas?

Thanks for fast respond.
Well presently I'm reinstalling Windows from start. Hope it will solve issue.
But what I can tell now is that this issues started before Windows update to 22H2 was available for me.
What I plan to do now is installing new windows ,then install all drivers from dell page for this model (of course not if never version will already be in system) and instead of GForce Experience and Intel updater I plan to install only Dell updating program for drivers.

Last update.
After installing new windows I started to install drivers from Dell page and wifi card was malfunction totally and after installing thermal framework system crashed completely. So I restored it and installed killer drivers from different site plus I let windows to install thermal framework by its own. I also didn't installed any of Intel drivers from Dell page.
After configuring windows ,adding few programs and playing game a bit Alien not even once freeze. Pover in USB ports also simse to back to normal as before it wasn't even able to keep stable connection with external DVD drive. Now it's work perfectly.
Looks like what I found in other posts about installing drivers only from manufacturer page is not true. It's to fast to conclude wether issue was really fixed since it need to be tested more but for now Alien simse to be healthy again.
Conclusion for now is to stay away from dell drivers and install only newest ones from components manufacturers pages.
