17 R4, not charging

Hi All,

Have been going over the forums but nothing seems to work. Cannot get this laptop to charge, have gone over all the basics, BIOS update, genuine charger replacement (230w & 330w), genuine battery replacement, uninstall of windows battery drivers, hard reset/power drain, and the reinstallation of Windows 10. 

The charger band shows it is charging, along with the Alienware logo glowing showing it is charging. The battery symbol in the task bar only shows ' (plugged in)' and is currently on '0%'. The battery status on the Windows and BIOS side show a functioning/healthy battery.

I have pulled the battery and charged it on a friends R4 with no issue.

Any help on this would be great. Thanks.
