17 R4, won’t boot up

Hello I have a really big problem with my computer since yesterday I reset my computer and started downloading games from the Microsoft store then I woke up my computer got stuck since I grabbing it after I let it in rest mode then i force shut down my computer and now my computer won’t start the RGB lights will turn on the funds will turn up as well and my power button will start blinking red and blue please help me since tomorrow I have online classes.
