This Alienware Support video should apply to our Alienware 17 R5 Laptop (2018) that has subsequently been MLK refreshed with per-key RGB lighting and new Command Center software, see Here.
(1) Why do these features not work? Why are these pre-installed AlienFX devices not detected by the AWCC. If these features are disabled, why did the Warranty Technician refuse to fix them when 17 R5 was returned under the one year RTB warranty?
(2) Why has there been no Dell UK response to our online Dell Product Registration, that was sent online on the 06 September 2020?
This expensive new Dell Alienware 17 R5 Gaming Laptop, and Dell UK Support is very poor quality.
Our Alienware 17 R5 Laptop has no AWCC - FX tab. This laptop seems to be stuck in dark mode. There are no Tron, Alien Head, Alienware logo, Power Button, Keyboard backlights, etc. Warranty Technician refused to repair this laptop when it was returned under one year RTB warranty.
How can we get AWCC update application to undertake a full installation of AWCC?

The Alienware 17 has been upgraded to give gamers the tools they need to be the best. Where are these as advertised gaming features?

The newest update did not work. I got the same spinning wheel with the FX and Fusion tabs visible in the background but once i force close the program since it doesn't do anything, I get the same "no AFX devices detected". What is going on?!
