I have my new 51M for about a week (i7-9700k+GTX2070), I installed all available updates (from Dell updates and Windows Update services) works great except for the AWCC that keep crashing and re installing every time I restart the laptop.

I did a clean un-installation of the AWCC (as seen on dell website, removing program, folders and reg entries) and re install the latest version (5.2.45.0) and still have the same issue: almost after every restart the AWCC need to re download some OC component (that are already installed and have the latest version available) so I can have the fan profiles available.

I have noticed that the AWCC is crashing during gaming session (not using any OC) , the consequence is that when exiting a game the fans stay at full speed (balanced or performance profile) even when I reboot the laptop. To stop that noise I have to start the AWCC then the app tell me that there is no AlienFX device, re install some stuff for 30s or so until to have the hand... every single time which is very annoying! 

Tired of trying to fix a software that should work out of the box, I tried to manually installed the latest intel XTU from intel website, don't want to install neither, installation fails, I am wondering if its linked. Windows does not give me other updates, I check each devices in the device manager and search for the latest drivers. Does not come from here neither. Dell diagnostic cannot find any error... I am kind of stuck...
