Alienware m15 keyboard issues

Hey all,

I recently purchased my Alienware m15 about a month ago.  I recently noticed this combination of key presses not working.  If I press Up Arrow + Left Arrow + Alt the third button press will not register.  It is only the combination of these these keys that are not working as far as I know.  It does not matter what order but the third key press does not work.  (i.e. 1. Left Arrow 2. Up Arrow 3. Alt [Not Working]) (i.e. 1. Alt 2. Up Arrow 3. Left Arrow [NOT WORKING]).  I ran all the diagnostics and updated all of the drivers to no avail.  I already called the technical support and they cannot fix my issue because "it is not a hardware or software issue because all of the individual keys work when individually pressed" which makes almost no sense to me.  I assumed that since this was advertised as a "gaming laptop" it would have no issues with more than 2 button presses at the same time.  The technical support told me my only option was to scour the internet for solutions and no other ones are available.  So I am now here and wondering if anyone else has had the same issue or has found a fix?
