Area-51m R2, cannot purchase replacement keyboard from Dell UK

Hi,

My keyboard is faulty some keys work, some don't, some come up with the wrong symbols and stick. I am unable to purchase a replacement keyboard from Dell UK no matter what I do or who I speak too. I entered my Service Tag at dell parts finder, no keyboard is listed. I enter the keyboard D/PN 019PK2 nothing comes up. I speak to Sales they tell me to speak to support. I speak to support they tell me to speak to sales. Yesterday I spent 40 minutes on the phone being passed to 4 different Dell representatives. Each time I was told to speak to someone else. Messaged Dell support on WhatsApp and got told to phone support. I don't understand why when I phone up and ask for a replacement Keyboard and provide my Service Tag and a description of the problem and part number of the keyboard I need  D/PN 019PK2, no one seems capable of suppling me the part? I am not looking for a warranty claim I am just trying to purchase a part for a Alienware Area-51m R2. Please can somebody help me?
