Area-51m, rgb keyboard problems

Question

So I got my area 51m and the letter b key fell off. So I called and got great customer service and they had a box shipped to me to get it serviced very quickly. I just got it back the other day and I think they replaced the whole keyboard. The problems I'm having now is the right side alt key doesn't light up at all (yes I've tried to use AWCC and it didn't work to change it) So that key is just always off. The alienware head on the front, that is the power button lights are also not working and is always off. the caps lock pin light that indicates if caps lock is on or off is now set to always being on no matter what. and the esc key seems to be showing lights where one is the color I want and the other is always set to blue. I would really appreciate it if anyone has any suggestions for a fix.

I have the same issue with the keyboard after the awcc updates, the keyboard turn off and stop working, also I have a lot more problems, cpu and gpu Temps over 95 celcius when playing games, so i have to undervolting to reduce those high Temps, but now I'm having an issue where is impossible to play anything, after a couple of minutes, my frames drops from 120fps to 15 fps and is imposible to play! Can't believe that a 4k laptop has that amount of issues! Is a kind of joke? :( I'm completely disappointed and never going to get an Alienware again :(
