Aurora R6, is now junk products

​I have been calling for several months, about my almost 3 year old (​​purchased November 21, 2017​​) Alienware Aurora R6 desktop freezing up and the fan just starts making noise like it’s about to launch in outer space. I called and told them about this three times, they always tell me to update and unplug blah blah blah, always refuse to send a tech out. Now the last tech had me push a button on the back of the power supply and it looked like a smoke inferno billowing out of the top, then proceeds to tell me oh it burned out power supply and to unplug it, we will dispatch a tech. It’s now going on three months no working computer. explained this to them, it’s been a lemon from day one, and they have yet to come out to service, they make excuse after excuse. I have lost respect for this company. Maybe I will start looking at other computer brands or just custom build one and make a YouTube video of the destruction of this Aurora R6.​

I didn’t mention my product, but yet Dell/Alienware has edited my post, to limit my complaint about the Aurora R6, I titled my review/complaint about Alienware product in general. Your Customer service is horrible, even you “Cares” department is horrible also. I would not recommend anyone buy they product if this is the way they handle loyal customers.
