AW17R4 - Alienware FX Light Issue

I have had issues with the lights before but have always been able to get them to work again, that is until now. I updated Windows last night and ever since my lights have not been working. I followed instructions on uninstalling and reinstalling AWCC but now I get the following warning when I open AWCC: "No supported AlienFX devices were detected. Alienware Command Center will enable the full FX experience once an AlienFX compatible device is connected. Please note that some features may be unavailable without a connected AlienFX device." If someone would please help, I would appreciate it.
