The selection of eGPU enclosure, Power Supply Unit, and external GPU depends on compatibility with the Alienware laptop's Model and Revision number, example 17x R2. Is this a general enquiry or do you have a budget with something specific in mind? Would a powerful Desktop or Work Station be a better option?
