Wonder why the other thread was closed when the issue was not resolved?  Anyway I did the HID driver and it fixed it for me again.  Still this is unacceptable that this issue has been around for nearly 3 years and Dell has not resolved it permanently.  Just when I think it is good it will break again.  Just to be clear I downloaded the Intel-HID-Event-Filter-Driver_V2HFM_WIN_2.2.1.384_A16_08 driver and it did fix it again.  We will see for how long.  I get that hardware issues are hard to fix after the release of the hardware but this is clearly a software issue.  It should be passable for a real fix.  And again why close the thread when this has not been resolved unless you don't want people talking about your incompetence.  https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=v2hfm
