m15, AlienFX not working, can't access support request
Hello,
I have Alienware m15. I have two problems, the first one is that after the last update of Alienware Command Center (AWCC v.5.2.32.0), I got no access to FX tap in the AWCC, it's simply not clickable, also the lights went blue and became unchangeable. The second issue is that I tried to open a support request from here Technical Support , but when I write my product service tag or let it identify it, it takes me to web page popping:
"Your product is registered in another country.
Click OK to be directed to the contact information for the registered country."
when I click Ok it redirects me to the same web page popping the same popup again and FOREVER.
I have bought my alienware from Saudi Arabia about 4 months ago, and now I live in Egypt, I have submitted a relocation about 1 month ago.
