m15 R2, AWCC performance button disappearing
Alienware m15 R2
My Balanced / High Performance button keeps on disappearing. The AWCC was recently updated but the button only reappeared for a day before disappearing again. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the AWCC and that hasn't worked either

Hi @L1nden welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
The Dell AWCC application is not a stand alone application. Updates to the Windows operating system are known to degrade the function of the AWCC. If under Dell Warranty Contact Technical Support.

Hi @crimsom ,
Thanks for your suggestion. I did contact Dell Customer Support and their suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall the command centre which didn't present a permanent fix for the problem.
