m15 R5, keyboard problem
I want to ask why my keyboard numbers key cannot press top line key from` 12345 all along to to mute? Cannot press. What is actual problem? I try on bios also cannot work diagnostic keyboard area, also cannot work.

i mark the pic the box all the key cannot press On-Screen Keyboard and external keyboard works ok only original latop key cannot use i try on bios menu also cannot works

I think it is a partial failure of the keyboard and requires replacement.

Hi
Perhaps a little more info...
Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Is it a US keyboard layout, or perhaps a nice UK layout?
Do you have the same problem with an external keyboard?
Is there an option like .........
On-Screen Keyboard
Go to Start
, then select Settings 
> Accessibility > Keyboard, and turn on the On-Screen Keyboard toggle.
