M15 R7 CPU Fan Failure, Command Centre Failure, Everything Failure

i'll just be blunt as I am tired of dell products failing (similar failures multiple times)

Alienware Laptop M15 R7 - CPU Fan Failure, second time (same set up different laptop) - replaced both fans, still have same CPU Fan failure, (GPU fan is fine, i replaced it anyway, still fine) 

Drivers/reset all done, still broken

Alienware Command Centre - fails to install, no reasonable error message, tried all the usual (delete any prev install attempt files, no anti-virus running that could affect it etc)

awful, awful quality

Any advice on fixing both issues will be appreciated
