m15 R7, display does not work

<You replied to a 3 year old thread. Started your own thread. DELL-Admin> I have had my m15 R7 for almost 3 years now. I had no issues for the first couple of years, but lately, my laptop display does not work. I have had this machine fixed twice in the last 3 months and my problem is STILL NOT FIXED! I am starting to believe that Dell does not want to fix our machines properly and ripping us off with their service plans. These machines are no longer worth the money that I spent on it. I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops just for the technical support people to find the root cause of the problem and fixing it. If you ask me, sending us refurbished parts to fix a problem is lazy and cheap.

It suggests the LCD connector might be borked and it is difficult to repair properly. Less likely is the regulators.
