m15 R7, which docking station works?

I have the m15 R7 and every docking station I have used fails after a few uses or causes random crashes or just refuses to connect the external displays. This includes multiple versions of Dell docking stations and several Thunderbolt and USB 3 docks. The unpowered USB 3 docs seem to work best as they don't cause the crashing but they do seem to just stop working after a few weeks.
