m16 R1, AWCC cannot detect my device

Question

I was trying to change the light color of my Alienhead, but somehow the AWCC cannot detect my device. The only part I can change is the keyboard, but once I changed the rgb of my keyboard, the light of Alienhead and start-up button were turned off. I tried many methods online but unfortunately they don't work out.  I am wondering if there is a way to let me turn the light part of Alienhead and start-up button on again. Hopefully someone can help me out. Thank you and I really appreciate it!

Was laptop purchased with Dell warranty? Please share Alienware Model and Revision number, example x17 R2. Is operating system Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11, etc.? Which version of AWCC FX is installed? Thank you.

@crimsom​ Sorry, I forgot to put information here. My laptop is M16 R1 with Windows 11. The version of AWCC is 6.0.330.0 which I believe is the latest one. I bought it from Bestbuy website and it is a certificate refurbished one by DCR.

I do have the very same problem. After reaching DELL's Support, they tried everything, Flashing BIOS, reinstalling some drivers and AWCC itself, twice. No success. So they told me it's a "bug" and MAY be fixed in a - POSSIBLE -future release of AWCC....great!

Exact same problem here.  I've worked on it for a few hours trying the various suggestions and whatnot.  I actually uninstalled the ACC, and tried to reinstall the full package.  It's worse now.  The ACC won't recognize my computer and I can't use it at all.
