m16 R2, blue screen error, replacement
Hi, i purchased a dell laptop. but from second week only blue screen of error started showing up. I informed about this to dell as well as the retailer. They tried various things but still after 1 month the issue used to come. Then it stopped for 1 month and now it again started. What should i do? can i ask for replacement since i reported issue from week 2 itself.

With Dell, a replacement becomes an option only after three repair attempts for the same issue have failed.
It's unlikely any retailer will replace a system after a month -- but you can ask them.
Blue screens are commonly not hardware in origin -- they're usually software in origin. If you're looking for the cause of the error, do two things:
Run a full hardware diagnostic (F12 a few times at powerup to begin). If any hardware errors arise, take note of them including the validation code and contact Dell for hardware repair.
If no hardware errors arise, run a copy of Who Crashed (Resplendence Software; the free version will work fine) to pinpoint the cause.

I ran the who crashed. I showed some problem with Nvidia graphics driver. Then I again faced two more blue screens. On who crashed it showed one due to Nvidia and another due to DirectX. I feel that there is some issue with the graphics cards, because every time I call technical support they do some scans and updates then tell me to monitor system. Then close case after few days and again when i face issue they do whole thing again. They tell me I have some app that may cause this issue, but I don't get it that I have apps just like my friends plus I don't have any cracked software and if update causes this issue then every one gets update why don't they get this blue screen. I have 3 services closed and 1 active showing on my dell support page. What shall I do I want to just replace and get another piece can anyone help me out.

It is Alienware m16 R2 with Intel Arc Graphics card and Nvidia RTX4060. Not a specific app but i usually have chrome and VS Code open. Today it was just chrome and today it had error msg of something like Error in memory management
