Hi @Ghostycreature welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
This is a reoccurring problem for Dell users. Please use Revo Uninstaller Free to fully remove the AWCC application and its Advanced Scan will then remove all the multiple files, folders, and/or Registry entries left on your system, then Restart (not Shut Down). Then install the factory AWCC Old version as if for the first time. Resist the temptation to install the most recent AWCC version.
Please click on Product Support and let Dell go to your system's Drivers & Downloads webpage, to manually download and install the AWCC Old version that works.
Please click on Kudos to say thank you for response from user that is not employed by Dell. Please share an update on progress, so that other users derive benefit from your experience. Thank you.
