Is the Dell Optiplex 3040 MT compatibility with 4th gen (Haswell) Processors?

I was hoping someone here might be able to answer whether the OptiPlex 3040 MT can work with 4th gen processors, specifically, the i3 4130. I have the opportunity to purchase a barebones case, motherboard, PSU, etc. And I have a spare CPU (and ram and HDD), however the only spare CPU I have is the 4th gen. i3 4130 I would like to know if this will work, or is the CPU too old for this model optiplex? I know the CPU isn't great, but if I would like to know I can use it in this case and have a working PC until I have the funs to upgrade it. Thanks.

Optiplex 3040 MT uses H110 chipset, lga1151 socket, supports Intel 6th gen cpu, not compatible with 4th gen cpu, which uses lga 1150 socket and requires different chipset such as H97.
