Hello everyone. I have an Alienware laptop and am facing an issue. It was working normally, but after I decided to upgrade the storage and reinstall the operating system, a problem arose: whenever the graphics card driver is installed, the screen brightness drops to zero, making the display invisible. However, if I connect it to an external monitor, the image displays normally, while the laptop screen itself remains at zero brightness.
