Unable to find Alienware Command Centre FX options

Hi there,

I have received my Alienware Area 51m yesterday, i was having few windows errors and i was been told to refresh my OS to fix those issues. I did refresh my OS and those errors were fixed (activation of windows and other application errors), But now i am unable to see options like thermal, overclock, music; i am also unable to find my keyboard settings to change light. I thought of reinstalling command centre but then when i check the dell website i didn't find the software for Area of 51m. I have updated all my softwares and drivers but still, no use.

It's not even been 24hrs, me using my laptop. Kindly help me fixing this issue.
