x17 R1, error code, 4 reds and 1 blue

Thank you for creating video and posting link in your opening post. 

Support for Alienware x17 R1 System-diagnostic lights does not include power button error code 4 red and 1 blue.

Users have run the windows Reliability Monitor to try and reveal the problem.

The battery status in BIOS might say "This battery is temporarily disabled, please turn off computer and try again when the unit is back to operational temperature, reseat the AC adapter". 

Generally, a Hard Reset is the fix. During hard reset, it is sufficient to disconnect battery, not remove battery. Does this fix work on your system?
