x17 R1, Tron lights half not turning on

I don't know why, i shut down the system all ok, turned back on.....and half of the tron lights aren't turning on....even gone through with Dell instructions (i.e. Uninstall & install command center, what not).... no resolution... Kindly help any.....Thanks
