x17 R1, Windows 11, malfunction of keyboard

Hi,

Some support information, Alienware x17 R1, 3070, i7-11, Windows 11.

I just got my x17 R1 the day before yesterday. Everything is perfect, the build, design, or material. But after one day, I noticed that certain keys on the keyboard are not responding (which is “q, a, z”), and I’m sure that it is not a hardware issue. Pressing FN-F1 (going to high speed mode) works to resolve this every time.  What I wind up doing is FN-F1, the fans speed up, the keyboard works again, then I FN-F1 again to go back to normal performance.
So I did some research, just want to know what caused the problem. And yes I found someone with the same problem as me on this Dell community, and they have solved the problem by installing the Cherry Keyboard Firmware Update Utility released on September 17, 2021. So I did the same thing, and it turn out that’s only for m15 R5/m15 R6/x17 R1 with Windows 10. There is no keyboard firmware for Windows 11 yet. So the problem remains unresolved. Is there any other way to solve this problem, or can Dell release the firmware for Windows 11 user?

Worked with Dell agents to resolve the issue by using warranty service.
