Gladinet (http://www.gladinet.com) just released version 1.1 release candidate. It has the EMC Atmos Online support. It allows you to map a virtual drive into Windows Explorer. After that you can do drag and drop of files.
If you are more serious about data backup to EMC Atmos, you can use the Gladinet Backup Manager to schedule a backup of local files to EMC Atmos Online. Since it is a virtual drive, the more intuitive way is to do drag and drop using Windows Explorer or Total Commander, the Gladinet Backup Manager will pop up and ask you about the backup schedule.
Anyway, use Atmos as if it is a network drive in Windows.
