Sorting via listDirectory() RestApi call

Hi.

Is there a way to sort a directory content?

By [amci]time, objectname, asc and desc?

I am using the PHP EsuRestApi listDirectory() call, but if its possible from the protocol, I would be happy to know how to do that.
