Avamar Desktop Laptop Backups
Is there a mechanism in Avamar, which stops the users to disable the backup services on the desktop or Laptops, so that the scheduled backups always run during the schedule.
Also is there a way through which a specific set of files are always backed up during backups even if the file location is not mentioned in the Dataset policy of the scheduled backup.

Do you want to prevent the ondemand backup initiated from the client side using the option backup now?
You can use include exclude options...

I want that users should not be able to stop the scheduled backups from their respective Laptops, when their machine's scheduled backup is running.
