Avamar Web Based Backup.

Hello Everybody;

I am using 2 TB Ave version in my environment, i have 20 clients using dtlt.

i want to take the backups on the net.

When the clients connect to Web they should take their backups online, i did something about this issue.

I put the dns record inside my network, and also nat this ip adress to the real ip outside.

And also i created a subdomain called my avamar server on the outside.

When i ping the dns outside it comes to the real ip, when i ping dns inside it pings the lokal ip.

Everything goes fine, then i opened 7778 from firewall and outside my network i can not reach to avamar.

Then i opened all the ports of the avamar server, still can not reach avamar admin server or activate client.

Am i doing something wrong? Or is there any other ways to get the clients dtlt backup from web.
