Can customers add memory to the NDMP accelerator node?
Hi,
We have a Gen 2 NDMP accelerator node which came with only 4 GB RAM. Can I add some more memory as a customer to enable multiple stream backups or does this need to be done by EMC? We have plenty of spare Dell 2950 RAM.

Unfortunately the memory in accelerator nodes can't be upgraded, even by EMC. Breaking the seal on the node would void the manufacturer's warranty.
