What port does the Client Manger use to PUSH the upgrades to a client?

I have not been able to get it to push to clients in other domains.

I can backup and restore to my other domains just fine.

But I have not been able to locate any info on what port the Client Mangers uses to push and run the upgrade to a client in another domain.
