commande power supply Avamar Gen 4S
avsysreport powersupplies does not operate in avamar intel servers, any idea about the exact formulation for the status of supplies in avamar Gen4S ??

'avsysreport power-supply' should work:

The following ipmitool commands will give you a lot more information:
ipmitool sdr entity 10
ipmitool sdr entity 10 -v

The above output was from a Gen4s system, so the command should work correctly.
Do the other two commands work:
ipmitool sdr entity 10
ipmitool sdr entity 10 -v
Either way I would open up a support ticket so that this can be investigated further, I would include the outputs from the the three commands given above in the support ticket.
