1. SSH into the unit and check for recent alerts: alerts show current alerts show history
2. Restart the GUI by disabling and re-enabling them with the following commands: adminaccess disable http adminaccess disable https adminaccess enable http adminaccess enable https
3. Check the system time and certificate validity: adminaccess certificate show
4. Reboot the system.
5. Raise a ticket with Dell.
You will probably get more/better answers on the Data Domain board. Also, always include the DD model and DDOS version when asking for help.
