EMC Avamar Enterprise Manager (7.0.1)
Attached is a snapshot of the EMC Avamar Enterprise Manager (7.0.1) Dashboard. I have 2 sites NDUNAMR001.ndu.edu and NDUSAMR001.ndu.edu.
NDUNAMR001 is the local site and NDUSAMR001 is a remote site. I logon to both sites using the Avamar Administrator Console on a daily basis. When I logon to the EMC Avamar Enterprise Manager (7.0.1) the dashboard always shows Last Contacted for the local site (NDUNAMR001) as current. But for the remote site (NDUSAMR001) it always shows Last Contacted as few days ago. Is there any way I can fix this? I am not getting current matrix and reports for the remote site (NDUSAMR001). Thanks

If you haven't identified anything in your environment yet then I'd suggest contacting support and have this investigated.
