my first thought is that new datastores were created in vcenter and the server moved.
go to administration
find your proxies
right click edit
see if any datastores are NOT checked
check them ( or select all) and ok
do that to all the proxies
and try again.
That of course depends on how you use your proxies and backups
some people have specific proxies for specific datastores.
do what is proper for your policy.

JH - I've played with selecting all or specific datastores for the proxy clients. Within the edit dialog it indicates that the datastores are selected and accessible. Thx SC
