File access share error "\\?\volume{....}"
Hi,
We recently upgraded an Avamar system to ver 7.0.3 (can't go any higher due to legacy client systems) and we are noticing that we are getting backups the complete with exceptions. When we view the session logs we see the following message: File access share error "\\?\volume{...}". The worst part is that it seems to be intermittent. We have tried add the avtar process to the anti-virus exclusion list.
Thanks in advance.

The full error message is:
avtar Error <5139>: File access share error "\\?\volume{.........}\Boot\BCD" (code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)
