Gen2 2TB node kickstart issue..

Having a problem getting a prevsiously running (somewhat) Gen 2 2TB single node running.

I'm using this image burned to a dvd avamar-kickstart-rhel4u6-64-0056.iso booting from an external DVD rom drive.

Selecting "gx"at the kickstart screen, the server boots from the dvd and starts up with the kickstart process.

Shortly into the process, just after probing for the video card, monitor and mouse, the following error comes up

kickstart.KickstartValueError: specified disk sdd in partition command which does not exist.

install exited abnormally

At this point the system unmounts filesystems and quits.

Have tried plugging in the dvdrom into all of the 4 usb ports with no change.

Disk array is 3 1TB mirrors, initialized and functioning with no reported errors.
